Arrival and Check In
At check in you will be required to present your AusHoliday 5 Star Accommodation Voucher. Individual accommodation houses may request you to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover any incidental charges you may incur during your stay.
Please note check in time is generally from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is generally 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated. Should an early check-in or late departure be required due to your travel arrangements please advise your AusHoliday 5 Star Ground. Additional charges may sometimes apply
Apartment and Holiday Home rental may require off-site check in procedures which will be advised at the time of reservation.
Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment
Upon receipt of your payment AusHoliday 5 Star Ground crew will issue you with an Accommodation Voucher confirming your reservation. You are required to present your voucher to the accommodation house upon arrival and check-in.
At the time of booking depending on the property either full amount or a deposit will be required. Most bookings made within fourteen (14) days of arrival will generally require full payment. For bookings made more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival a minimum payment of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm your accommodation. Final payment will be either be charged to your credit card by AusHoliday 5 Star Ground Crew or alternatively charged at check in (depending on individual property requirements)

- American Express and Diners Card 3.2%
- Visa Card and Master Card 1.8%
Holiday House Payments
At the time of booking depending on the property either full amount or a deposit will be required. For all bookings made within thirty (30) days of arrival full payment must be received at the time of booking. For bookings made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival a minimum payment of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm your accommodation. Final payment will automatically be charged to your credit card by AusHoliday 5 Star Ground Crew thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the individual hotel and accommodation house cancellation policies plus an additional $50.00 administration fee. Credit card merchant Fees are non refundable.
Should a refund be applicable to your accommodation booking a refund administration fee of $50 per booking plus merchant fees will be charged in addition to any charges levied by the hotel/operator. Please note all Cancellation Requests must be received in writing. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours please contact us as it may not have been received.
Failure to Show Policy
No refund is applicable.
Tour and Private Charter Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Upon completion of your booking and receipt of your payment our reservations team will issue you with a Voucher confirming your reservation. You are required to present your voucher to the Tour operator/product supplier upon arrival and check-in.

Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the individual Operators cancellation policy at a minimum charge of twenty five percent (25%). In the event that the operator cancels your tour we will endeavor to source an alternative tour; in the event this is not available, a full refund will be issued. Credit card merchant Fees are non refundable.
Failure to show Policy
No refund is applicable.
Check in Procedure
You are required to present your Voucher upon check-in. You are advised to ensure you allow adequate time to arrive at the pickup location or check-in location to ensure you do not miss your tour or delay the departure time.
