Windmills Break is a licensed five star Luxury Boutique Hotel located in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia.

The luxury accommodation caters for a maximum of 26 guests in rooms that include our Premier Spa Apartment, Premier Spa Suites, Executive Spa Rooms and Deluxe Courtyard Rooms.

The Premier Spa Apartment (the "Russell" Apartment) is a luxurious example of the finest in 5 star quality.

The Apartment is secluded and located about fifty metres from the main hotel building.
It is well equipped and includes two large LCD televisions, two dvd/cd players, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, airconditioning and some of our finest furnishings.

The Apartment is ideal for honeymoons or other very special occasions with separate lounge, kitchen, large refrigerator, private balcony, two toilets, very large bathroom, separate shower, huge double spa overlooking the garden and king size bed.
These rooms include all amenities you might expect from a luxury room.

Each private courtyard is equipped with sun lounges, comfortable chairs and tables.
Pathways outside room will lead you straight down to tennis court, swimming pool, gymnasium and heated spa facilities.

The "Russell" Apartment takes it's name from local Yallingup builder "Keith Russell - Keith is a builder of exclusive high-end Yallingup and Margaret River properties. Keith's workmanship, vision and hands on approach assisted in the transformation of Windmills to a 5 star property of the highest standard.
