The crystal-clear waters, beautiful and incredible fish-life found at the AGINCOURT RIBBON REEFS, 70km North East of Port Douglas and on the very outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef, enable us to offer the best possible day boat diving and snorkelling.

This INCLUDES DRIFT & WALL DIVES, isolated pinnacles surrounded by pelagic fish, and coral gardens with their endless variety of colourful wrasses, cods, parrot fish, clown fish, angel fish, clams and anemones, that make a healthy living reef so beautiful. Certified divers can enjoy up to 3 GUIDED DIVES, using large tanks and computers for extended bottom time.

The Snorkelling Advisor teaches current use of the equipment and snorkelling techniques and gives a well researched and informative talk on the biology and history of the reef. Snorkelling is the easiest way to enjoy the colours and variety of fragile corals and fish life found in the shallow lagoons.

DEDICATED SNORKEL CREW provide personal in-water assistance and flotation devices for beginners. While the more experienced snorkeller can enjoy unrestricted exploration of spectacular drop-offs and coral pinnacles.

TRY A DIVE... No previous experience is required to enjoy the thrill of scuba diving, under the safe control and supervision of our highly qualified instructors. Small groups ensure personal service and individual attention. Enjoy up to 3 INTRODUCTORY DIVES at 3 SPECTACULAR REEF LOCATIONS, or spend part of your day diving and the rest snorkelling.

There is plenty of time to enjoy both activities with Poseidon.
Children 12 years and over can also enjoy this experience.

Private Charter

Poseidon is the ideal vessel to charter on a sole use basis, to see the very best of the Great Barrier Reef. Poseidon is fast, comfortable and spacious and has 45 unique reef sites to access at the Agincourt Ribbon Reefs, renowned as the best reefs off Port Douglas. As a private charter you can amend the itinerary to suit your requirements, however a scheduled itinerary would take you to three breathtaking outer reef sites. Guests can snorkel and scuba dive with assistance from our highly qualified friendly crew, wishing to share their passion and knowledge for the reef through interpretation and guidance.
