Daintree Sunset Cruise And Dinner
Location: Queensland | Cairns, Daintree Cape Tribulation

Departing Cairns at a liesurely time of 2.30pm and traveling along the beautiful coral coast to Rex Lookout. Enjoy views of the coastline, Double Island Point and Scouts Hat, continuing north through Sugar cane fields to the town of Mossman and Wonga Beach then onto to the Daintree Rainforest.

You will arrive at Barretts Creek landing on the Daintree River and board your private sunset cruise. Your local  guide has lived here most of his life and will amaze you with an interpretive commentary over this 2 hour cruise. You will sight crocodiles, snakes and native bird life all in their natural habitat.

Enjoy champagne and a cheese nibble platter whilst viewing this picturesqe river.

Afer this you will be taken to the Daintree Eco Lodge which is nestled amongst the rainforest and dinner is served to you in their candle lit restaurant overlooking a natural waterhole. You will enjoy a glass of wine with your choice of fish or steak followed by a delicious dessert.  Head back to Cairns in the luxurious 4WD arriving at your accommodation around 10pm.

Australia 5 Star Ground Crew experienced this trip first hand and all agreed that this is a truly magnifiecent experience.  The meal served in the lodge was of the highest standards and featured some local produce.  Conducting the cruise at sunset is an amazing time to experience the dense jungle of the Daintree National Park.  Highly Recommended.
